Hi guys, My name is Razanne and I'm new to real state investing. I'm really interested in learning this business. Im trying to educate my self and gather as much information as possible before buying my first multifamily property, which I'm planning on doing before the end of this year to hold a rent. I want to take advantage of the FHA loan for my first house, then I'm planning to buy my second and third houses by next summer. I would really appreciate any advice.
