Hello Bigger Pockets community. I'm taking my dive into wholesaling as I've promised myself. Lately I have been doing some driving for dollars and coming across a lot of trust and estates. My question is,as a beginner should I deal with these type of properties or pass on them.

Hello Lords of the Land. I'm anxious to get started in wholesaling,I've read a few  books but still stuck on how to actually get into the field . Any advice on  my dilemma will be great appreciated
