City of Duluth about 85000.  Whole area, maybe 150,000.

Does anyone know of any hard money lenders willing to do business in the Duluth MN area?

So I've found a deal and have it under contract. Its a Duplex in Duluth MN bought it at a Hubzu Auction. Price including their fees about 57000. Going to need 15 - 20 k in rehab. Plan on making this a BRRRR, ARV will be about 120k. going to firm up the numbers this coming week. More to come . . .

So.  Got outbid on that last one. 

Looking at a property, 8.61 %  Co CROI 1st year.  Inf

% after that.  did I enter something wrong?

ok, got preapproval looking at a 50k sfr, 4br 1 bath, though I haven't been in it yet.  Pictures look good, cash flow should be nice, but haven't seen the foundation yet among other things of course.
