I knew I recognized you! I'm clean now. Started wholesaling realestate and looking to kick my marketing campaign into overdrive. Tell me if my steps are wrong. I set up my LLC, got two websites. One free with my Reia membership so I can direct sellers and buyers, went to list source and got atleast 1000 high equity absentee owners, drove for dollars using deal machine, wrote a script to contact that's 1000 owners and I will start calling next week. How's that plan sound?

I am a guest here and after reading everyone's post, one question still remains. Can you or can't you get access to the MLS (multiple listing service) by simple acquiring a agents license without working for a realty company? Everyones response is indirect or gives too much info leaving the reader with just as many questions.
