Hi ,I'm in Raleigh. I'm just starting my career and haven't purchased anything yet. Raleigh/ Durham is very hot. I'm looking to network. I can be your ears and eyes. I'm going to Re school in fall. But already have great agent.

RP is a great area. Out of my price range as of now. I'm focus on B and C+ areas in the 27610 and 27601.These areas are transforming. They are hot.

Hello BP community. My name is Raymond. I'm very excited and motivated to get my real estate investing career started. I am eager to learn as much as possible, especially from seasoned investors in my area. My goal is to do small flips and scale into rental properties. (1-4 door).Im going to attend real estate school in fall. I want to be my own buy/sell agent as well as network with other agents. I'm a firm believer that networking leads to success.
