For all my Florida investors, where is the best area to get cash flow with good neighborhoods in place and a bit of appreciation? Following up on this.

It’s Bradenton Florida 34203 a good place to invest? I’m looking at a property at this zip but trying to do my do diligence and getting a little caught up. Any advice will help.

Looking to get into a house hack, starting out with an FHA loan and that comes with MIP/PMI. My goal is to get rid of the pmi the first year I move out by refinancing to a convetional loan, but I heard you need to have at least 20% before you can do that. What are some ways you guys did it? It's theirs any other way to get rid of the pmi? Just trying to use the least of my capital to do this again!!! Thanks in advance
