A mini split system aka heat pump would of been under 3k installed and more reliable. Sometimes it pays to know the trades so you can manage these repairs.

I am just sharing my experienced with them. They were very professional and had no issues with them with follow ups or calls.

Robert how were you able to use your credit cards to make a down payment on a house that requires cash. What method did you use to pull the cash out because plastiq doesn't do that. They can pay contractors rent mortgages services etc. I've been reading all these sweet stories but it's been a big disappointment for me and costly. I just sent them an email for a refund. If you don't mind elaborating as to why you were able to get such a high amount. They just told me the banks aren't lending out as much anymore because of covid. Was this in 2020?

I signed up with them last decemeber. They told me i was pre approved 40k on my first round. It took over 3 months to get the cards. I needed this money to fund my first rehab and pay down debt. Their sales pitch on several podcasts interviews etc are why i went with them. They were only able to get me 24k. Also all that jazz about pulling cash out is tricky and costs money/ more time. I needed 20k min but these are credit cards so you shouldnt be maxing them out unless you can pay them down. So i really only ended up with 12k i can actually use and it dropped my credit score down 30 points. They sound over worked and if you dont stay on top of them weeks will go by without follow up then they pass you on to a new specialist. I dont believe all these reviews. I should have tapped into my primary homes equity heloc would of been a smarter move.

Can someone please give instructions on how to cash out or liquidate unsecured business credit cards? I heard you can use plastiq? Looking for the lowest fee option. I have several cards and need to pull out more then 25k Thank you

They wouldn't show me anything up front without the money. I never spoke with Clayton I was handed off to two different people. Once I realized these guys were all about verifying my money before showing me a product I started to get doubts.

I think the guy said it's an entire neighborhood of new construction homes and he couldn't show me because they aren't finished building them.

I had called to get answers as to how my brrrr method would work if my buying a property with little to no equity. It seemed like the more we asked the guy seemed defensive and wanted to get us off the line.

Now get out their and be a real estate investor. Haha

Really, Raymond, they wouldn't tell you where this property was? What was their stated justification for that?

Clayton brought me here. And I almost pulled the trigger. They wanted to sell me an 80k new construction home in tenessee. About 3 months ago. My wife was very stubborn and im glad i listened to her. They wouldnt tell me what town it was in but said it was next to catepillar factory and a candy factory and that people just love to rent in that area. After i got off the phone the vibe i got from the guy wasnt right so i looked up the bbb and saw all the negative feedback. Then here. Needless to say I wont be calling them back. Im glad i did my research. I still feel like i have learned a tremendous amount in a short time. His videos are very well done. And i can see how easy it would be as a new investor to get bamboozled by this con artist.
