So I'm just getting started poking around and finally found one that might work.  I only have about a month to identify the 3 properties, and thus far nothing is even coming close here.

Anyone think this is a go or no-go?

Good Morning.  I'm looking to sell a vacation rental home here in Portland, OR.  It is a long term (30+ days) non-owner occupied business with returning guests.  I'd love to be able to just hand over the keys, website and VRBO listing rather than the hassle of RE sale.  I found one website, but they have very few properties and are on the other coast.

Does anyone know of any outlets to sell such a niche property?

Be sure to check with the city of Portland if you want to do short term rental in a tiny house.  You'll need to get a permit (easy) but someone has to live at the property at least 270 days/yr. to rent for less than a month at a time.   You'll also need to register as a business and pay lodging taxes.
