@Stephen Dillard Awesome man thanks! I really appreciate that! I’d love to keep in contact with you in your journey brother.

@Stephen Dillard Good morning brother! I appreciate your input! I definitely agree that it does comes with pros and cons. What makes virtual wholesaling solid is the connection one has with their “boots on the ground”. 10 years is quite some experience. Salute to you Stephen and your journey. What systems do you have in place that have gotten you this far for connecting with wholesalers virtually?

@Ramandeep Sidhu You're the man! I’ll look into that for sure!

I’ll definitely look into the VAs. I think that might be what’s holding me. Thanks for giving me permission.  How long have you been wholesaling?

@Ramandeep Sidhu My guy! Nice to meet you brother! I appreciate you for reaching out. I’ve been building my foundation for the last few months. I would love to pick your brain about the systems you have in place. If you could need to use my time feel free!

I definitely understand the how it gets the bad rep. Yet there is two sides to the coin. It’s all about perspective. I know there’s people out there with bad intentions. I’m not one of them.

100 percent! Unless their integrity is in check, there is no reason to partner with virtual wholesalers or investors. I imagine people using the “shotgun approach” are more focused on the short term aspect rather the long term. That’s something I’d rather not do is attach my name with frustration.

That makes perfect sense. I’d like to invest in my area (multi family). The markets high right now. Still planning on it.

@Joe Splitrock MY MAN JOE!!! First off I appreciate you for your response. I think that those deals you’ve witnessed, wholesalers didn’t know the market. And their lack of research showed. That’s an understanding I’m aware of. Wholesaling isn’t investing. You’re absolutely correct! My mistake. It’s a tool that I’m using to get into real estate investing. Do you do any long distance investing Joe?

Howdy, I’ve been doing some scrolling and I wanted to say hey. 👋🏿 . Im going to be doing some virtual wholesaling and wanted to reach out to some like minded individuals who would join me on my journey. I live in the Bay Area and would love to chat about some long distance investing.

Hey brother, it is possible. Yet more likely you would be in contact with more real estate agents rather sellers. Unless you search specifically for FSBO. Good luck on your journey Saeed!
