Looking for some guidance, I'm renting a property where the landlord replaced the septic system. In doing so the contractors dug up the entire back yard, 1/2 an acre and then just covered it up. I have lost the use of the backyard, there are tree stumps sticking out of the ground and I have 2 young kids, so it would be dangerous. Surely they should of repaired the yard as well?
