I recently bought “real estate finance and investments” by William Brueggeman and Jeffrey Fisher.

Does anyone know of any online courses that are thought using this textbook? Any response would be much appreciated!

I am looking for online courses that will help educate me on the business of fixing and flipping houses. I do not care how expensive they are, as long as the education provided is substantial for the price.
Does anyone have any suggestions for courses they have tried themselves? It would be very much appreciated!

I completely overlooked the costs of rehab added to the loan, thank you for your insight!

For the sake of the question, lets say I purchase a house for $100k with an after repair value of $160k putting 3.5% down on both the rehab and purchase price using an FHA 203k loan, with an estimated rehab of $40k

Assuming I was able to put 3.5% down on the renovations and purchase price, if my renovations only cost me $1,400 using the leverage of this loan, could I then refinance the property after the seasoning period and pull out at least 70% of that forced equity from the rehab, thus turning my $1,400 down payment on renovations into ~ $42k?

I'm still in high school so my general understanding of how all of this works isn't very good, but I need answers
