Do you recommend a software program todo  due diligence in financials? If so where may I purchase a software utility since I would still work as a mental health counselor and ween myself gradually to do more deals if number crunching would be accelerated since this sounds like a numbers game -- the more leads/deals the more potential closes 

I Became interesedt in a free seminar under David Lindahl group in multifamily apartments...so I am still a student; I have not attended his 3-day workshop in August 2016. I did set up an LLC to start joint ventures to raise capital. I need advisors to assist me this area since as a mental health counselor I can help other people help themselves but can not help myself in this new career move. One deal would get me on a road of financial recovery, LOL. I want to network with the best and the brightest. I have dabbled in investing but in gold bullion...as tangibles. Now is the time to invest in apartments from 2016 - 2020 since the baby and echo-boomers will be needing multifamily housing. So this is working smart as opposed to working hard to assist this those targeted groups.
