Thank you Chris for the information.  The area is zoned residential, as it leads from one street back to another my understanding is that one side is single family, while the other end is zoned multi-unit.

Good morning,

I have some colleagues that are looking to develop a 1 acre tract of land in the Plaza Midwood area of Charlotte and I am trying to see what options are available to them as far as development is concerned.  The owners are not looking at selling, but rather retaining the land and using it as a means of retirement income.

Good morning, I am Raymaze Barnes from Severn, MD.I am a newbie to real estate investing and have been drawn to it, to try and attain passive income.My interests lie in possible deals in Maryland, West Virginia, and the Greater Charlotte, NC area.I would definitely be interested in possible turnkey opportunities in the locations listed above as well as across the country.
