Post: To Buy or Keep Renting

Hello

I live between Austin San Antonio and rents are going up for SF homes to rent.I am spending 1900.00 a month between storage & apartment now and have been doing this for awhile.

Pre owned homes are selling @retail and above asking price between 105 to 120 sq foot.

I can purchase this new home for 251.000 that had a base price of 241.000 with 17.000 of builders upgrade. With 10% down my payment would be around 1500.00

This house has a Goodman ac 14 ser and 1 thermostat situated in upper floor to cool both floors. I am concerned about this set up.

Should I purchase or keep renting without knowing where the bubble or interests rates will be.

Thanks
