Nathan, yes, that's a thought I have - I've managed a few units of my own and liked it. Whether managing multiple units for others turns out to be different remains to be seen.

Very nice work! How long did it take from buying to selling? Did you have any previous experience? How easy / difficult is it to assemble a team?
