I am new as well, learning all I can.  I listen to podcasts daily while I'm working and yes Biggerpockets is very informative.  

Hope to be meeting up with more from Rio Rancho and Albuquerque.

Great tips from all, I am taking notes.  I am a newbie attracted to the wholesale part of investing so this is awesome to read up on.

Hello, yes right now I'm reading Rich Dad's Guide to Investing and completed Rich Dad Poor Dad few weeks ago.  I work full time but it's a job that allows me to listen to BiggerPockets podcast daily.  I explored  a lot of other podcasts like Rod Kheif's podcast and others.  There are just so many great things to listen to.  Note investing and Flips really are catching my attention but I think Buy and Hold is another one.  I think it helps to get educated first so when the time comes to dig in it will come easier.  Awesome, well hope to keep in touch.

I'll be in and out but hope to start doing more things this coming March.  In the meantime, I will continue to my learning and open mind.  

Welcome Joan, I am doing the same as well.  I have been educating myself intensely in all areas and hope to have a start by March.  Good to know that I am not the only newbie.

Just learning all I can about real estate investing and the many ways to cashflow.  I am reading a lot and listening to podcasts daily on everything on this.  I just completed the Rich Dad Poor Dad book which I hear everyone recommends.   I just thought I would introduce myself and  hope to keep coming back and learn all that biggerpockets members have to offer.  Thanks
