Post: Out of State Buying Rental In Sebring FL

Hi All,

This will be my first deal. I have a private seller wanting to sell their rental property on Barbarossa Ave in Sebring Florida. I was just wondering if anyone familiar in that area would give me feedback as to if its a good location? What the neighbor hood is like and if it is accessible to bus or close to malls, grocery shops etc.. The seller doesn't maintain tenants long maybe because of the location or maybe the house is in distress. Any advice would be helpful.
