i feel you. To be honest im leaning a little bit towards Coldwell banker (hpw) i have a lead, but my options are still open im not committed yet.  @Brandon Beverly

i just took my exam yesterday and im waiting on my results. It was definitely difficult i have to be honest. Thanks for the advice and im definitely going to check out the website. @Brandi Williams @Brandon Beverly

really?.. i believe kaplan actually purchased j.y monk so they are affiliated. I guess im on the right track haha.

currently enrolled in jy monk real estate class, was wondering about any websites, books, study guides etc. that i can use to increase my chances of passing the exam.
