I'm just getting familiar with the subject to strategy. Is there anyone willing to let me shadow or just learn from them? I will do all the work and split the profit for the experience.

Does anyone know any investor friendly attorney's who deal with Wholesale deals, Fix-n-Flips, and Foreclosure defense lawyers? I'll take what I can get but If possible, attorney's that are priced on the cheaper side. Like the ones who are paid by motion or flat fee with set fee's for trial? I'm new so I haven't made anything to pay the higher fee's yet.

Thanks

I keep running into brokers who are selling deeds for ridiculous prices. I hear they can be purchased for under $10k. Is that true in NYC & Long Island? If so, where would I go to purchase these deeds. (Also do notes work like deeds?)
