Hi there! My name is Raven Wilkes. I am a Real Estate newbie, currently in the process of getting licensed as an agent in Virginia. I am interested in investing in Short & Long Term Rentals as well as Multifamily properties in the Richmond, VA area. I was born and raised in RVA but shortly after graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2015, I relocated to the DC area where I currently reside.

I got hip to real estate after most of my jobs froze during the pandemic within my primary career as an actor and director. So after listening to the BP podcast and reading some books, I decided to take the plunge.

I hope this site can help connect me with agents, accountants, and lawyers that specialize in real estate in RVA as well as find other RVA investors among whom I can learn and grow my business. :) Right now I'm researching starting my LLC and so am grateful for any and all advice when it comes to that!
