Allstate insurance is canceling my home insurance on October 4th. They said I don’t meet the underwriter guidelines because

1. No handrail down to basement.

2. House is being renovated/under construction

3. Home is vacant

4. Home is not equipped with heating system

5. Electrical box missing cover

Can this mess up my mortgage loan?

Can I just get a new insurance company to take over?

Do all the things on the list have to be done before I can get insurance?
