Awesome! I see your direction Bryan. Thanks. I actually like that idea. I have my eyes on a REO that needs a ton of TLC right now & I think I shall talk it over with my wife to see how she feels about it. Why do you suggest a realtor approach?

Good morning everyone. I'm new to this completely. Seeking to shadow seasoned investors & learn. Would like to begin with fix & flips, however, it seems like wholesale may be more practical for me right now. First question, is it a good idea to invest under a business name or is it okay to invest as an individual?
