Just insightful makes so much sense as they are selling to investors.. Thank you

Hey everyone, I am looking for innovative ways to find deals in the lending space. Does anyone know of ways to find investors who are currently working on a fix and flip project? Investors who's loans are about to mature? Thanks

How many homes are you looking to fix and flip this year. I know a partner lender who would be happy to learn more and connect

Hi Ashley for something like this I would recommend a delayed purchase refi, Other wise you need to wait 6 months to refi on a property bought with cash. If it was refi that would shorten the seasoning to 3 months.

I have experience with delayed purchases and would the opportunity to tell you more

Quote from @Manny Rivas:

Hello, I'm looking to invest in a distressed 14 unit multi-family property in Louisiana and would like to obtain a HML. I can add lots of value to this property but I'm having trouble finding a lender. My lenders don't provide loans for Multi Family properties. Any recommendations for a HML in the Louisiana area would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a great opportunity. Have you in vested in Louisiana before? I recently came across quite a few deals in Louisiana - Anyone knows why LA is booming right now?

I have a property under contract that I am hoping to close on in the next week. I am using a hard money loan to obtain and rehab the home. Should I wait for the rehab to be completed to refi or is there better options to get out of the hard money loan as soon as possible?
