yea sounds about right. I'm trying to find out if its legal to get a property under contract and assigning it to an end buyer. If not in ny. Can i do it out of state while residing in ny

I've done a little research and I was told that With bad credit and no money I can make money finding buyers for distressed propertys and get paid as the middle man of the deal, but would i need my license  for that.

I'm a rookie in the game of real estate in NY and I wanted to know how do I figure out if its a buyers market or a sellers market. What information  am I supposed  to look out for.

Its actually an old friend of hers. But friend or no friend I think  its a bad idea to jump into water and  not know whats in it  and a good deal for sharks. I feel they should at least find a good deal  and bring it across trusted and experienced investors first.

 Thanks everyone for the advice. Its one of those hard tasks  for an optimist  like me to tell some one no. I feel like she needs to talk to someone who has experience in the game.And she doesn't even have a deal to present to show its a good opportunity.

Good Morning  BP, 

I have a question  for you guys. Today my Aunt called me about putting up her credit for a guy who wants to flip houses.She seems very uncertain about it and desperate.The guy has never flipped a house before but she says hes very ahmbitious. What kind of advice can i give her before trying something like that?
