i bought a property off auction.com and after the sale was approved i went to the property to see who's living there, the person opens the door and says I'm the deceased owners relative and i will not leave until i am physically evicted.. how long should the eviction process take for me?

property is in ILLINOIS

the owner has a son but if he really had interest in taking possession of the car he would have done that by now. How can i find out if there are any liens on the vehicle? maybe i can pay it off and keep it somehow.

so i recently purchased this house from Judicial Sale auction and the owner is Deceased.. he has left behind some stuff including a nice car which is worth about 25k or more, would it possible for me to get a title and possession of that car legally if no one claims it? he's been deceased for a year now.
