How do I estimate  gut rehab costs  in Atlanta when I use NYC costs? I'm sure this book does not list every trade cost for every city. Do they us a multiplier for various trads in different cities?

Does this book include all CSI costs for trades, either LS, SF, units & etc. for cities throughout the us with a multiplier? I'm in NYC and can estimate for the tri state area, but if I'm doing a multi family in another state I need to know either the costs there for all trades or a multiplier that can be used from my NYC costs?
