Good afternoon from Columbus! 

I've been listening to the podcasts from BiggerPockets for more than a year and have found everything pretty informative. I've also attended a webinar and thought it was all well done.. but I never really considered joining the website.

Now, that I am signed up I figured it makes sense to say hi. My name is Randy and I moved back to Columbus from DC a few months back. I have a two-unit rental in DC and a duplex here in Clintonville. I'm looking to add to my portfolio and so am looking for apartment buildings or commercial real estate. Duplexes are great, but I think I would like something a bit larger for my next investment. I'd love to hear what others are doing.

I am also interested in finding real estate or investment clubs. So far, I went to one in Columbus and it was a sales snow job and not a real real estate club. If anyone knows of some in Columbus, please let me know.

I'm still a newbie on this site, so I am sure it will take a few weeks to learn the ins and outs, but I thought I'd say hi. I hope to build my portfolio by at least one property per year for the next five years, so please let me know if you have advice!
