You should have a list of GOOD contractors on hand for when the inevitable happens: a pipe bursts, ice dam, toilet backup, new electrical or value add items...but do you have that list? Or do you plan on just Googling someone or sourcing Facebook when your kitchen is flooding in the middle of the night? Ouch! There goes this years profits.

Whether you are a flipper or property manager/investor, come hear about some ways to find the "good" contractors.  They are elusive but find out some ways to lure them out of hiding?
