Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Hillsboro.

Purchase price: $379,000
Cash invested: $76,000

Presently obtaining the property. Will close on the investment 1/31/19.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

In three years this will be a part time live in, in the warmer months.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Zillow and negotiation was threw realtor/broker.

How did you finance this deal?

A credit union loan.

How did you add value to the deal?

Fix electrical box, roof chimney covering, trim 🌲, remove moss on the root, and pull drain mossy covers off.

What was the outcome?

Scheduled

Brandon, why buy in Maui? Kauai has better weather more comfortable year round.
