William have you thought about multifamily?. You can be an LP on a deal, not have to manage it and get back your ROI in a soon as 5 years. Then you take those funds and roll them into the next deal all the while continuing to grow your investment. The market I operate in is Denver CO.

Hello everyone, I am new to multifamily investing, looking to find like minded investors that have done this before to connect with.
