I have an idea of creating a hotel booking website. But I’m not sure what is better option, creating a website via a builder or a custom development?

Dear Shane, don't you think that you didn't list all the requirements for hotels? I strongly recommend you to create your own website and a mobile app. Firstly this is important in marketing issues.

Could you please also tell me where can I find any talk forum about hotel business or hotel owners? I tried to google that, but I almost failed, there are just some dead forums
