In my travels I come across vacant homes & lots (even still in the hot NYC market). I make decent money (for NY) but am cash poor. Any advice on how to find out more about these spaces and what could I do with the new found info?

Thanks in advance,

R

Thank you, will do first thing Monday morning.

First I foremost, thank you for time.

I recently came across a 2 bedroom condo a few blocks away from me in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. I reached out to the broker listed and finally heard back from them.

I was told “the building has bad financials”

What exactly does that mean?

Again,

Thank you.
