I agree that in deer hunting you need a good strategy, proper equipment and a plan. I can always get a deer (deal), but only by patience and discipline can you get that winning buck. 💲

@Anthony Wick I charge $125 non refundable pet fee and $25 per month. I also limit the pet to under 20 lbs. I have no carpet only tile and laminate tile flooring. I currently have a tenant paying $15 per month for a parrot. She just renewed the lease for another year. Good Luck.
