I have been getting a great response from the BP community recently I had meetings with Matthew Rolnick and his wife great people with a lot connection. Networking is the best way to learn about this game in my experience within 8 months we have went from looking at potential project to purchasing,gutting and rehabbing. Networking helped find the funding, contractors, and etc. Hughes Brothers Investment Group LLC, is a great starting point to learn they have the experience, knowledge, and connections to make a smooth transition into real estate investing..

When a potential investor ask how are you going to secure my money, you say?????

Nick, yesterday had a meeting with an investor during the conversation he was letting me know he had a great offer a buy and hold package he was asking for 6.5 million for 800 units 86k rental income a month. Of course me just a baby in the game i can"t handle that but maybe you can email or inbox if you want the details..

Happy to say at 2pm 2/27/15 the close is on. This year is starting off right next the Demo then the Sell. Many more deals to come BP watch out for B@B!!!!!

Where are the investors at in Illinois, when you have great deals to invest in???? How do you earn trust with investors????

I am new member of Real Estate team in Chicago il, and don't have as many connections in my personal life that are able to invest. What are some good suggestions and how do I accomplish them?????
