I’m just starting off I’ve been networking with a few real estate wholesalers. While networking I was asked to do a Joint Venture. I personal would like to do this on my own for the first couple of deals. Is this being to independent and not using my resources?

My real question....Is it ok to JV with someone this early or should I do all the leg work and then JV so I can bring more to the table?

Hey everyone I’m new to wholesaling. Recently I drove for dollars and came across a few houses that had absentee owners. Right now I’m using the DealMachine app. What are some other ways to find absentee owners? Please advise.

Hey everyone I’m originally from Raleigh and moved back about 2 years ago. I am currently working in the construction management field and now working my way into Real Estate. I am looking forward to networking with you all.
