Hello,

I'm new in Real Estate Investment and I want to get into the business. I want to know about current investors and chat more with them about their previous experiences investing in Costa Rica and what useful tips they could bring to me.

I greatly appreciate this because I'm very excited about this form of making business.

@Michael Ablan I believe there's an ownership documenting system but, I tried to do some baby steps with a few local real estate brokes and what they mostly do is try to make you think that the property you are acquiring is an amazing and unique deal. They only provide like a single property - At least in my case I set like the roof to do my first investment to $200k (which is still too high for me) and they offered me a house but it didn't have a real equity (we lack on systems to determine if a house really has good equity) but I did some math and it was very little and the house didn't look very nice.

But, I agree with you - there are good amount of scammers in my country.

I'm not restricted to invest in Costa Rica but it would be good to learn here and then do some investments abroad - I wonder what options could I have?

Hello all,

I'm from Costa Rica and I'm very excited to start investing in Real Estate. I would like to know about Real Estate Investors who have experience investing in Costa Rica and how's your experience been like, what are good places to start investing, what tips could you give me as a first investor and how much money do you think I may need to start investing in my country.

Appreciate your output!

Hello guys,

To me having 10k for doing the job Jerry is suggestin- seems like Worth it because it's more than what I could earn for 2-3 months.

What do you think about his program? Have you worked with them? I want to hear some feedback to know if it's good to spend the money and time in his program.
