Hi Leslie,

We ended up financing through Brown Equity out of AZ on a No Interest renovation loan with the plan to roll into a longterm loan after the renovation. Unfortunately, the pandemic pulled the rug right out from under us as we were in the middle of the application process with Visio. They took our appraisal fee and our application fee and shut the door in our faces. I paid cash for the property and we own it outright right now. Waiting for the right time to cash-out refi.

@Melanie Johnston Ha! It must be fate. Thank you for the information. I will give Kevin a call!

Thanks @Melanie Johnston - NEXT is a private money lender. I appreciate the referrals. I should mention the property is in Winter Park, Colorado near the ski resort. However, I don't think it should matter where the lender is located. Correct?

Has anyone ever used NEXT Financing (based out of Scottsdale, AZ)?

My business partner and I are about to lose out on a rental condo because the President of this company has completely ghosted us and his own employee who we've been working with directly. This is after he gave us assurances that the loan would close. Now we're about to lose the property and our earnest money. We're at a loss on what to do here. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
