So, have you been investing in Pleasanton, CA lately? I have been keeping my eyes and ears open for some good deal in CA. I already bought a house that we live in at the wrong time - In other words, at 'Market Peak'! :-). How are things in CA, from your point of view?

How are you? This is Ram Chandrasekaran from Concord, CA - Northern California. I take immense pleasure in joining this team and work with you all.
