Post: Facebook Marketplace - Automized Responses? Business Page?

In order to set up automatic responses to inquiries, I need to know the following:

1. How can I post RE Listings to Facebook Marketplace from my Business Page? I have a business page (not RE) and I don't see a Marketplace tab there anywhere. I've read their guide and it only tells you about listing partners, not about marketplace specifically.

2. Do any of the listing partners found here allow open listings? https://www.facebook.com/business/help/224411658455245

Background/Motivation:

I'm a lic. RE salesperson and I already use FB Marketplace to post listings from my personal page but there are some limitations.

First of all, I want to use automatic responses to get leads to fill out a Typeform questionnaire. Secondly, I will need to give someone access to the messages, which I prefer not to do with my personal account.

Second of all, I want to use my own branding.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Does anyone have any links to resources for analyzing foreign real estate markets?

My father-in-law built a house in a suburb of Moscow. My wife inherited the house and has no intention whatsoever of living in Russia (they're Russian-Latvians). We live in NYC. My MIL wants to sell the house. My wife thinks she should hold onto it because it could increase in value. It's surely also partially sentimental.

It's a nice 2 bedroom, 2-story house in a summer-house-style community (one of the nicest in the neighborhood). It has hardwood floors and wood paneling throughout. It has a nice sized garden with two garden sheds. The exterior is finished but he didn't manage to finish the bathroom or the kitchen or even put in the septic tank or connect water to the house before he passed away. It has a temporary kitchen.

I personally agree with my MIL that it's better to just sell it because it's already been so much trouble getting the inheritance settled and it seems it's going to be a pain to deal with from a distance.

Does anyone have any experience with foreign properties or any resources to analyze foreign markets?

Thanks so much!

Thanks for the great advice!

Is 30% of a credit card limit so important if we pay the bill right away every time?

How can I build up my credit rating from 0 asap?

I'm a US citizen, but I've lived for 20 years in other countries. I'm moving back to the states soon with my family and we're planning on investing in real estate in the near future, including possibly house hacking.

We have no debts and have some money saved as well as a bit of inheritance.

What do you recommend doing to get good credit and how long will it take before I can qualify for a mortgage? Is one year unrealistic?

Paying for everything with credit cards? What about debit cards? Not good enough?

What about insurance? Do insurance payments influence credit?

(Note: I posted this in the Getting Started Forum first, but it seems it was the wrong topic.)

Hola!
Also interested in Mexico. I lived there for a year over a decade ago and after visiting again earlier this year, my wife and I are looking south for investment opportunities.
I'd also love to chat about a few details.

As far as I understand, non-citizens can only own property through a bank trust, so the property basically belongs to the bank, or through a business. So, if you start a business, the business can own property, right?
I have a number of other questions. Mind if I contact both of you?

After I moved from Austria to Latvia, I had a small storage space full of stuff. A year later, I realized I didn't really need all that stuff if I could live without it for a year. I went back and filled the back of my car with the "essentials" (old photos, books, etc.) and spent 2 hours at a flea market selling what I could. Then I took the rest and donated it to a Free Shop. I agree with Anthony Burroff: my time is not worth selling all that on E-bay, Amazon etc.
There were new books left over from courses I had taught, camera lenses, etc. that could have brought some good money, but the time invested was just not worth it.
