I currently have two rental properties that I’m renting. I am also trying to purchase another single-family or duplex but they are so expensive now so I’m not sure whether I should wait or buy, any suggestions?

I’m not sure What the best way is to get money to buy a rental property. I have three properties paid off. Should I refinance or get an equity line, or a loan?

I’m not sure whether to buy a house or wait because houses are going to crash soon?
