Can anyone recommend a good and decent plumber Palmer, AK?

Hello James and Wade, I am in the process of movie up to Palmer, Alaska with in the next few months and I am trying to research as much as possible about palmer and it's surrounding areas from Wasilla to Anchorage and see what the markets look like. I will like to find a multifamily property to invest in, but I still need to do a lot of due diligence before I can get my feet wet. Anyways I'm chiming in because I don't know what the "valley" and if anyone can give me a few tips that would help in my assimilation. Thanks a million.

Jacob Sampson, what do you do about inspections and insuring that tenants are doing what you expect them to do, like paying rent and not trashing your property?

Thank you guys for your suggestions, I will look into them as soon as possible. 

I am looking for a property management company in Killeen, TX. I have read several great articles on BP about this subject and they have been helpful, but where should I start? I'm not sure that I can trust yelp or other ratings. Does anyone know of a great or at least a goodish property management company in the area?
