Has anyone in Florida used Reifax to look up and analyze properties? Would you recommend it?

Hello everyone,

I'm looking to get started on my first deal. Not including the MLS, what are some of the best websites you guys use to find deals in your area? Is myhousedeals.com worth looking into?

Hello BP fam,

I am new to the real estate market here in Miami. I am 21 years old and although I have no prior experience, I attended my first seminar several months ago and it really piqued my interest in REI. I have been aggressive and determined in learning as much as I can before I actually invest. My vision is to learn from a mentor and do some legwork so I can gain experience and get start up capital. I want to start with wholesaling and then get involved with rehabbing and flipping. And then eventually get into multi-family and commercial properties.

I also want to network with like-minded people in Miami-Dade and Broward. Don't hesitate to contact me so we can exchange info, I am coachable and have a thirst for knowledge. Any little bit of information will definitely help! Looking forward to getting started with my REI journey.
