@Nicholas Aiola

I own 4 vacant lots, not under an LLC. I plan to build and hold and build and sell. Do I "gift" the lots to the LLC, keep them under my name? Would love some advice before I start design plans and get construction loans. Thank you!

Any advice on my 4 vacant lots I've purchased with my personal money? Since the LLC doesn't own these assets, how can I build on these under the LLC? Do I "gift" them to the LLC? Would love some advice here.

Hello BP. Been digging around in the forums for over a week now and still have not found an answer to my question.

I've been buying vacant lots in Joshua Tree and Palm Springs for the past 2 years. Just closed on my 4th one last month. Currently working on the floor plans. The 4 lots were purchased with my personal money, not under an LLC. Should I set-up and LLC before I begin developing, construction loan process, etc.

I own and run an advertising agency now, but pivoting into real estate. My goal is to become a developer. But want to get my paperwork/ taxes in order before I make any further moves. Would love some advice since the lots are not under an LLC.

Thank you!

Currently working on the floor plans. The 4 lots were purchased with my personal money, not under an LLC. Should I set-up and LLC before I begin developing and break ground? My goal is to become a developer. Would love some advice since the lots are not under an LLC. Thank you!
