If I have 3 turnkey deals that I have to choose between them, both of them occupied but not rehabed:

1. Chester ave. 19143 - purchase price is 65K, rent is 850$

2. Jasper st. 19134 - purchase price is 55K, rent is 1K

3. Natrona St. 19132 - purchase price is 45K, rent is 900$

What are the Considerations to decide where the numbers will work better ? and where do think in the futuer will be the most appriciation?

Thank you @Bill Plymouth, I got lots of deals called turnkey from wholeselers. Although they have tenants, the properties don't look like they rehabed.

Finish big rehab in one week.

Thinking about staging (ARV 140K-160K).

Please let me know if you recomend to do staging and if you have a good expirience with staging company that you can recomend of.

I am looking for some advise from the bigger pocket community what streets are the best for fix and flip ARV 160K, in the following areas

(rehab time 2-4 months).

1. West Oak Lane - 19126/19138

2. Germantown East 19138

3. Port Richmond 19134

4. Harrowgate 19134

5. Frankford 19124
