@Brian , I see you from chicago , do you recommend investing in IL. , I have been debating whether stick to California where I live or go where the high cash flow is Pros and cons to both places , but where would you invest for a good cash flow and appreciation combined. ? Thanks Brian.

Janet Carranza , I am also a newbie but been in the market for couple of years now , Best advise I could give you aside from BP which has great ppl wants to help , is to read books , as you need a flow of information that could make sense for you and give you an overview of how REI Works . I am reading the below book for the second time , I highly recommend it if you are interested in passive income https://www.biggerpockets.com/store/rental-investing-physical Good luck
I agree with you Arthur Garcia .

Jo-Ann Lapin , could you please share with me some good agents out there. I am looking for a MFR out in Hesperia , VV area and hoping to find someone good and knows the area well. I have SFR in the area but the MFR is hard to come around. Thanks again.

Darryl Lin , I am an investor in the Hesperia market for about 3 years and got few SFR that I am renting, the high deserts is a growing area , although CoCr is around 5-6% but you are betting on future appreciation , LA and OC Market is over saturated with renters , many of them can’t afford rent anymore , so many are moving towards the east , 15 years from now , homes should value in the $500k ( my opinion ) think of it this way , a river with over flown water branching out of its track. I got help from others along the way , would love to pass it on , PM me and Let me know how can I help. For all experts and fellow agents out there , I am looking for a 4plex multi family off the market preferably , and thinking of Hesperia , apple or VV area. Any ideas ? Blessings.
