Pace Morby - SubTo Community

Pace's mentorship and community is one of a kind. It's just not a training and education platform, it's a real community of go-givers. I've been in real estate in the early 2002 but stopped. In late 2022 was looking for a different way of investing and Pace's creative strategy opened my eyes. He's so personable, open and so generous with his time. Everyone in the community is so transparent and is so down to earth. I know it's not cheap but investing in myself and my future is worth a million bucks. I have a real estate Family for LIFE!

I appreciate everyone's input everyone. I figured as much. I'd rather go back to the non-payment method until I hit the 10-unit mark per Jeff Copeland's comment of the economy of scale. I'll just up the rent to support the convenience of having an in-house washer/dryer.

Hi Everyone, I currently have a tri-plex and one of my dryers is getting ready to die. I have a consumer washer and dryer and thinking of switching to coin-operated appliances. Anyone has insight if I should switch to having the tenants pay or keep their rents competitive to provide in-house washing and dryer?

Is this virtual? I'm out of state but able to jump on a call or zoom.

Thanks,
Miles

Thanks Nathan. I saw the same. Wasn't sure if anyone on our forum would vouch for them. I don't want to mess up my siding if this product does not not perform as intended.

I appreciate the feed back.

Hello All,

I have a 3 unit multifamily and looking to replace and or upgrade my doorbells. I'm looking at Ring, Wyze and similar products but they seem consumer base and not commercial or durable enough. Products on Amazon do not have reviews and are generic. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm sure I'm not the only landlord with this dilemma. See attach pics for what I'm trying to replace.

Thanks,

Miles

I emailed BP and they quickly replied stating, "Foreclosure.com is a partner, but is not directly affiliated with BiggerPockets. It is a separate service to sign up for. It's not a part of the Pro or Premium membership. It is a monthly charge of $39.80 after the 7 day trial."

This is good to know for the future and I'll consider it later.

Thanks,

Miles

Hi Nathan,

I appreciate the response. I'll send BP a message.

Thanks again,

Miles

I'm new to BP but have been a huge fan for years.

I'm looking at the https://biggerpockets.foreclos... service but it asks from my credit card information. Does anyone know how much it costs before I put my credit card information in? Is anyone using it?

Thanks,
Miles
