Hello BP Family,

I found a promising investment property for STR and MTR in Cincinnati, but it needs much rehab at least 75 to 100K. Do you know or recommend any contractors in Cincinnati?

Hi Adrian,

It looks like you already did most of the work. Great job.

ALFs are consistently profitable and have less liability risk than nursing homes since most seniors take care of themselves. Usually, they run these ALFs in leasing properties; I am not sure how much real estate ownership you may get it. Even if all the beds are not fully occupied, you can come up with other plans, such as rehab/adult day care options, to utilize your space effectively. 

I want to chip in if you have not closed the deal yet. Please let me know.
