I don’t have taken pictures unforgettable but they came in for move out inspection and said everything was okay. But they are charging paint prorated costs, bathroom reglaze  which Is around 1100 alone.

But I have the report which I have Which says from that during move out inspection that everything is okay. And also I had moved out within the apartment complex last year and they took up-to 4 months to give me back my security deposit of $600.

Do you think I can fight this case as the bathtub was a old one and we didn’t do any damage.

During the move out the apartment inspection didn’t find anything said only I’ll be charged $150. But after I moved out on 2 weeks they have sent a huge bill I have not even used one of the 2 bathrooms in these 2 weeks they are now charging me a whopping $1800 Saying we need some reglazing of the bathtub.

I want to fight this, can you pls suggest how can I fight this?
