Hello Folks,

I own a property with a partner in LLC. We both are 50% partners in it. We are selling the property now and I want to know that the proceeds from the sale can be invested separately or we have to buy next property together. what is the procedure to do this? Please advise.

I wanted to know what do commercial real estate agents/brokers need in terms of marketing and advertising their listings online? I am working on a developing a platform and need some help on building the tools that commercial brokers requires? What kind of marketing tools brokers need? What do they need that other platforms don't provide? Is easy to use interface important for them?

I want to know that what are the demographics investors need to know about the area to purchase commercial or multifamily property?

I think you would really educate seller by sending Repair estimates and the inspection report. Recently, I sold one apartment complex and after inspection we asked for a credit of 80k. After negotiation, by client received the credit of $60k. Sellers won't budge on the numbers or calculations. Hope it helps.
