In a situation like this, wouldn't it be best to open double escrow and absorb the extra cost for the extra profit you can make? If anyone has some advice on a situation like this, it would be much appreciated. Would love to hear opinions from some pros. Thanks in advance :)

@Kristen Jackson Hey Kristen. Did you give it a shot and if so how is it working out so far?

I am also interested in virtual wholesaling in the Nashville area. I am currently looking to connect with local investors, build my team, and learn all that I can about the market.

@Darryl Zuber

Hey Darryl. This website has been great, I am learning something new everyday.

@John Mathewson

Hey John. Thanks, I am glad I took the first step and I can't wait to get my first deal done. One of my main goals right now is to network with everyone I can. I read your post about helping new investors which was awesome. Its good to know that their are investors like you out there. If I get stuck along the way I will definitely reach out to you.

Hey Gurpreet. I'm happy to be here and it is great to see other investors from Brampton.

@Michelle Carty

Hey Michelle. I have not made my first investment yet, but I am hoping I can get a deal done very soon. I am always trying to learn as much as I can and I would love to attend the seminar. I have work that day from 3 - 11 pm. What time is the seminar?

Hi everybody. My name is Raman, I am 24 years old and I live in Brampton Ontario. I have been going over the forums and watching webinars on BP for a couple months now and it has been very resourceful. I figured it was time I came out of the shadows and introduced myself. The main reason I want to start real estate investing is to be financially free. I am also fed up with my current job so that is another reason I am motivated to make this happen.  I plan on starting my journey by wholesaling. I feel like it is the best way for me to help active investors find deals and in the process learn all that I can from them. Just speaking with like minded people and seeing what kind of properties other investors look for will be very helpful for me. I also feel like it is a good way for me to build capital and get involved in other forms of real estate investing. I am really looking forward to connecting with every one I can. Cheers!
